Shelby Mueller, 20, from Des Moines Iowa, ripped Jovani Rubio’s sign. He’s a part of Students Against Bigotry—a group that organized to protest Trump and advocate for politically correct speech.
“I knew if I were to react the way she wanted me to, I would only prove them right,“ Rubio said. “If she rips it in half, I’m going to put it back together and put it up.” Rubio said the supporters of Trump and the other visiting politicians also had questions for the protestors, such as do they pay taxes, were they born in America and can they speak? After Rubio taped the poster back together, he said a middle-aged woman wrote on the poster with a marker, telling Rubio afterward that her writing meant “I love Donald Trump.” (Source)

There’s an extended video to the whole incident. Shelby and her friend are on the side trying to figure out which protest groups are out there. Once they view a few signs against racism, Shelby plots with her friend: “Let’s grab it and we’ll rip it. A vote for Trump is a vote for white supremacy. Let’s go! Let’s go! I’m not fucking kidding you. I’m gonna take it down [laughs].” That’s when the scum bitches make their way into the peaceful crowd.

While I don’t believe she was justified in her actions, I’m really disappointed with the “only white people can get away with that” and “white women are almost as bad as white men”. If you’re against racism you have to be against ALL racism. Do not hate a group based on skin color. It is wrong whether that group is a minority or not. What this woman did was wrong and insensitive. It does not speak for the entire race. This happened to be a gathering where a bunch of bigoted morons were. Not all white people are racist or believe in white supremacy.
